I think you need the full blown when you are tin canning a drag car and you know the stock lines won't run it...not even close, everything else the buschur double pumper works

 

Both are good, go with the one you feel comfortable with.

I'm excitedly waitng for my BR Double Pumper to get in so I can get the ball rolling and make some passes this year the tracks here are starting to opening up starting tommorow and from what everyone with experience with this fuel pump say's it's the "ONE" you should have : )

 

the trouble some of you guys are having with the float valve is because someone must of installed the siphon on backwards and the car is not siphoning the fuel from the other side over. We use the stock float with our kit. We have our kits in a ton of evos, and the only time guys have any problem with the float is because they were on backwayds. Please give us a call if you guys are having issues.

What Full blown doesn't tell you is you need the hobbs switch for it to work correctly. BR doublepumper comes with it along with filter etc. If you don't use the hobbs switch you have both pumps running at the same time all the time.

 

The Fullblown comes with a filter also. The Hobbs switch is optional, as you can wire the full blown to the Ecu and control it that way if you're running a AEM

 

Thats cause FB's are pieces of junk.

I hope you are joking. That is a HOT MESS and will only ruin a nice EVO. There is NO reason to use that set up on a EVO.

 

there will be no mess, the pumps and surge tank are going where the evap canister was, you wont see anything unless you are laying on the ground under the car. im just not a fan of walbro's, had trouble in the past. i know its a bit overkill, but im paranoid.

 

I've heard of issues with the FB system.....I believe most of it related ti the Hobbs switches. If you can run 9.0 passes with the Buschur pumps on stock lines....i see no reason to run anything else.
