My experience is that the balance belt wears about the same as the timing belt. A balance belt that fails often takes out the timing belt and hence the head. That, plus a balance belt doesn't cost much and replacing it adds little work to the job. So, you guessed it, I suggest replacing the balance belt too.

we do balance shaft belt, bs idler, tensioner, timing belt, idlers, water pump, etc
