MHI Turbo and Blouch Turbo Same Thing?

MHI Turbo and Blouch Turbo Same Thing?
Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping for some clarification here. Someone told me an MHI Turbo and a Blouch Turbo are the same thing. It's in the context of someone selling me what they told me, and invoiced, was a MHI Turbo only for me to find out later it was from Blouch.
They are now telling me that MHI Turbo's and Blouch Turbo's are the same. That Blouch uses Mitsubishi Parts, and, that it's actually a Mitsubishi Turbo.
However, I am pretty sure that they are not the same thing. Can I get some thoughts?
