Is my clutch going out?

I have the ACT street clutch/fywheel and currently making 330whp/ 330wtq at 24psi.

Today in really bad traffic, after a while of stopping and going, my clutch starting releasing really really low and felt overall weak. When I took it out for lunch 5 hours later it released at the normal level.

On a side note, would a clutch that's going out, cause me to boost less? I was seeing 24-25 psi, now in 3rd gear it only gets up to 15. Or would that have to be a boost leak?

a worn out clutch will not make your boost decrease...check for boost leaks....
do a pull on the freeway in 5th gear goin about 60mph and if you rpm shoot up than your clutch is slipping

yeah, but I don't want to purposely make it slip because I don't have enough $$ to replace a clutch right now...and if I made it slip it's going to burn my clutch out worse than it already is.

Can anyone answer about the clutch releasing really really low while in stop n go traffic?

it doesnt really sound like your clutch is going out, i mean i could be wrong but you were driving in traffic heating up the clutch which probably messed with it. Unless you start to slip after 3k RPMs id say you should be fine. On the other hand, with the boost just check for leaks it doesnt have anythin to do with clutches

your clutch plate might have just heated up really bad and caused it to feel weak. Like wat was said above, do a pull on the highway in 5th gear and floor it, if the rpms go up and the car doesnt move then suddenly moves...time for a clutch.

i think the clutch plate does not have nothing to with it feeling weak..that would be the pressure plate

If your clutch is slipping your rpms will go up not relational to your speed. Often times when it first starts slipping it will grab and pull your rpms back down or sometimes hover above the rpm it should be until the car catches up to the flywheel speed.

If your clutch is slipping bad enough, it WILL cause you to boost less. Why? Less engine load. Boost is more so load dependent, not RPM dependent. Of course the turbo spools easier at high RPM's, but that's irrelevant in this case.
