Personally I just installed a Full Race Prostock manifold last night on my stock 8 turbo. Car now pulls much harder all the way through to 7K+ rpms. Once I get my M2's installed I think I'll easily be over 400 whp on the stock 8 turbo. Then comes the Red

The stock ported/coated is a better choice for a build like this. It'll spool quicker than the tubular manifolds, and still be making plenty of top-end. Plus, it'll look stockish.

There's PLENTY of tubular manifolds on the market for Evos... crying shame only like 2 or 3 of them are worth a damn.

Yes, I will be using a stock coated and ported exhaust manifold. I will also be using a black krinkle coat on all the i/c pipes and maf pipe. Trying to keep the build looking "stock".

I will keep updating the thread as the build goes. Today I worked on some small stuff, Jarrod finished putting the interior back together after the radio installation.

Next week we should be posting some head work pics and the shortblock being sealed up.

Thanks for all the interest. This car is going to be NASTY!!

If it is as NASTY as your farts on the way to the Detroit auto show after we got wasted the night before, you are going to have to keep a stock of barf bags in the car

Now that isn't very nice. It was just a little poo-poo! I imagine this car will smell up my entire garage about the same way. One smells like ethanol and the other like methane!

See now that just is not very nice. Im not telling you any more of my ideas! I just got done doing the valve cover, intake manifold, intercooler piping, battery box, and COP plate in flat black wrinkle. Looks amazing IMO. Looks really clean and i dont have to keep cleaning all the finger prints off stuff.

Now arnt we the Spunky one tonight.. Either you turned in your honey i do's or you got something up your sleeve.

No seriously the flat wrinkle has me hooked at the moment. I tore apart the 454 today to get some stuff done on that also. I would be more then happy to give you my connection on powder coating. Ill only charge you a 10% finder fee per part.

Build is looking good Dave! Keep it up.
