I also wanted to add that the car idles fine, and runs normally until I'm boosting in the upper rpm's

They were new oem plugs that come pre-gapped. I didn't gap them.

pre-gapped so. you should always check the gaps anyway. i would measure the gaps from the old plugs and use that gap size. what kind of plugs?. ngk bpr?

ya you always check plugs you never just put them in check them they should at the very most be at .26 I would almost bet money that's why your cars running like it is.

Yeah, what was the solution?

I'm having a similiar issue. My car "hesitates" VERY slightly anywhere from one to three times while hitting full boost. I'm just wondering if my plug wires are shot. I've changed my plugs, changed my BOV back to my stock one just to make sure, and it still does it. Very annoying!

There are absolutely no other symptoms, other than an EGR code P0401 which I highly doubt has anything to do with this?

You can't gap iridium plugs for ix anyways. So that kind of throws that solution out the door. You have stock ignition too? And what was the problem?
