How do you know you need an extra oil cooler ?

Have you looked at your oil temps ?

On a budget? Get a B&M cooler from Summit.

Greddy is one of the only aftermarket ones designed for the Evo.

The Evo has a good sized oil cooler from the factory.

I'll tell you a little secret though.... The Evo 9 has a larger oil cooler than the Evo VIII. If you can find a clean one, it is an upgrade to the Evo VIII unit.

Pick up a Setrab cooler and plumb it yourself. If you want to save some extra cash, go on eBay and buy a used NASCAR oil cooler or similar....some are in really good condition and come with AN fittings.
