Stock air fuel ratio's

Ok, so I installed my AEM Wideband the other day and my car is stock other than an exhaust and I was wondering, does anyone know what my air fuel ratio should be at idle? Or does anyone know what the A/F reading should be at any RPM? I just wanna see how close my gauge is to the actual reading.

Should be around 14.7 at idle and post up what your WOT readings are and we can see if those are close. Should be around 10.5 or so stock... maybe richer than that...

Your AFRs are going to vary based off of your tune. Stoich is 14.7 so that is what your idle should be reading around. Keep in mind it will jump around a bit but nothing too drastic. Mine varies from 15.2 to 14.5 at idle. The lower the number the richer you are running. When you apply the accelerator the AFRs should be decreasing. You don't want to see them increase when you are applying the accelerator. WOT should optimally be around low 11's.

I'll try to get some WOT readings tomorrow. At idle my gauge reads from 14.7-15.0. It keeps jumping around between those numbers. When I accelerate the numbers do decrease and once I get off the gas they increase to the point it maxes out the gauge. I have a stock tune for now but in the next few months I should be going to Ivey to get tuned. I just gotta make an appointment and install the rest of my mods lol.

When you let off the accelerator and you are in gear it should max out at 22.4. That is normal. Good luck on your tune. You should see an increase in power as well as mpg after your tune.
