quick question, basic mods needed before fp green? *means i don't have it yet

pretty much it from the mods you mentioned

 

when upgrading to a upgraded turbocharger is it necessary to upgrade pistons,rods etc. scares the **** out of me for an example 15,ooo miles on fp green then, boom have to rebuild motor.

can't afford that.... my point is is it safe to upgrade to bigger turbo for an ex. FP green, will i be fine as long i have proper tune, and don't overboost?!

 

ported exhaust mani will be a must, cheaper then buying an aftermarket mani. anyone on here with fp green with ported mani?!

 

You'll be around 400 hp on pump & our motors are plenty strong for that power level. The most important part is a solid tune

 

theirs plenty of evos at 500whp+ on stock block....if you have a good tune you will be ok...i was on my 8 turbo on 30psi on e85 and my car had about 70kmiles and than i got a green and tuned it on 30psi than i got a turbonetics 60-1 and still running strong wit 80kmiles.... it all depends on your tune....i do alot of road racing and not alot of launching since thats what kills a tc....

 

Hey I have a brand new in box gtspec exhaust mani if your interested.

 

i gotta red on the ported stocker....you'll be fine with the green as long as u have a good tune...i would go with the 02 dump though, since ur changing turbos and will have it out of the car...it would save u alot of money to do it now, as opposed doing it down the road

i am waiting till summer time till i am ready to spend my $$$ i am getting there closely all i need is fmic,cams,injectors,pump,ported mani, other than that i have everything

 

LOL I hear ya man. Well keep me in mind. My green will be coming off the car soon with less than 10k. I'll hook you up with a good deal if you want to get one that's slightly used. It's an awesome turbo but I wanna go 35r now
