i dont want to hear another word from you until youve checked to see if you have any codes

and the manual basically covers every single inch of the cars systems from how to remove and replace your ash tray to what wires in your engine harness correspond to what sensors, if you didnt know that you should just walk away from the car game now
is it easy to use those?ima buy evoscan does that have that program?

evoscan can pull codes yes, and a service manual can be used by anyone who can read

they sell them at book stores and automotive places like Pepboys or Autozone, it walks you through everything...from an oil change to replacing the clutch to removing the engine

it would be a wise investment for you....and your mechanic should have bought one as soon as you brought him the car, the fact that he didnt shows his incompetence, you should find another mechanic as well

wtf are you talking about, a code reader/scanner is a device you need to buy, and if you buy evoscan you need to have a Tactrix cable and a laptop or computer that you can hook your car up too

then you need to hit read DTC's which stands for diagnostic trouble codes
then it will tell you what they are, but it doesnt help you fix them...it just identifies a problem, you need to diagnose what needs to be done about it

and a service manual tends to be very thick, and mitsu usually wants to be the one who services your car so why would they provide a book of how to do it all yourself?

the answer is they wouldn't if you want to be a do it yourselfer then you need to have the correct tools, both wrenches and books are tools dude

if you dont know something research it dude

your stupidity combined with a refusal to do any research for yourself is why people are hating on you so much. maybe if you werent so argumentative, members would be more willing to help. but even when someone offers you help, you disregard it.
do us all a favor and go to lancerregister or something. at least one of the european forums where someone might be close by, and can recommend a mechanic for you.
