wrong spark plugs..

could this be the cause of stuttering and sort of feels like fuel cut when I set the boost level over 1 bar.

whats the correct NGK spark plug # I should get?

The standard plugs are NGK IGR 7A-G.....although these seemed like they where running too hot to me, very white on the tip...so I replaced with NGK BPR9's and now they are a perfect brown color.. but because of the # I feel that irridium 8's would be more suited to a modded Evo....I do not understand what you mean about the boost level...it is over 1 bar from the factory...1bar = 14.7psi...stock evo's produce 19.5 psi

is it 19.5 i thought it was around 18.6 or so. anyway, which plugs should be run with say a 3" turbo back exhaust, SAFC, MBC at 19-20lbs strait across, and air intake.

It depends how your SAFC is set up..IMO it is always best where possible to adjust mixture and not to chase mixture with different plugs.....Have you had your car set up on a dyno? have you had any det? it sounds as if your fuel controller needs checking....
