What CEL Code
isnt that rear o2 sensor?
Essentially the same as P0136, P0137 refers to the second oxygen sensor
on Bank 1. P0137 means the O2 oxygen sensor's voltage remained low for longer than 2 minutes. This, is interpreted by the ECM as a low voltage condition and sets the MIL. Bank 1 Sensor 2 is located to the rear of the catalytic converter and should produce an output signal relative to oxygen storage capacity of the catalytic converter. This rear (sensor 2) sensor is less active than the signal produced by the front sensor. However, if the ECM senses the sensor is inactive, this code will set.

Yea, but I have it spaced out with Foulers so its technically working so I'm not sure why its pulling. Unless the cables are not reconnected right as I had to cut them to get the damn Cat off (Friends fault, hes not touching the Evo again ;-) ).

Yes they were cut :-( Im kinda just wanting to figure out whats the reason the codes pulling cables or actual Fumes etc. I was running with Octane boost in the car for 150 miles and no light was on when I refuled and didnt put the octane boost in the light popped on in like 10 mi., Im a computer guy so putting them back together wasnt a big deal, and all the connections are sealed and fine, I know its not needed just rather use it since its there not pull a code since im not tuned and cant wipe the code at the moment.
