Until now, I had never heard of the 3072, or the 3572 either, for that matter. Of course I am not really up to speed on the latest Garrett turbos.

Uhhh. . . yeah more info needed. . .

Who is doing the tuning?? That will play into what you should run . . .

If you REALLY have a 2.4L then a 35HTA with a high compression motor would be awesome on E85 . . .

if the tracks you run at are tight 30r

if they have long/highspeed straights 35r

I would look into some of the twinscroll options too

If, as you say, "full-time", dedicated, roadracing and large displacement then I wouldn't go any smaller than an HTA 35R. Don't waste your time with the 3076. I'd probably go HTA 86, or, PT&E 6262. On race gas this should get you smack into the mid, to high, 600 WHP range.

well on the motor. info
we use AMS crankshaft, oilver rod with wiseco 86mm, Ferrea valves (not sure if it over-size or not :P) and 286 cosworth camshaft, Full_Race exhaust manifold

HTA35R turbo isnt boost kinda come late ( 3500 - 4000 rpm ) ?
The tunner i'm not sure which yet ( gotta find the one that do this track stuff )
oh yeah I will keep the car under 500 whp tho.....( 450whp thats what i want) still newbie to track

so i'm kinda need you guy help decide on turbo, we kinda of look on 30r or 35r ( but the price on 35r only few bucks more )

Like Evolutionary says, it's the HTA 35 on a 2.4, although this will put him up over 600 WHP on racegas won't it?

Will you be running race gas and a standalone, OP? What class will you be running in?
