10.5 hotside + EPM O2 dump problems
This weekend I installed my 10.5 hotside, double flapper, and an EPM O2 dump, version 2 and Forge wastegate. I was having some problems with the downpipe sealing up with the EPM housing, but I think I have the remieded, 99% sure.
Also during the install I had a situation where the nipple on the 9.8 hotside wanted to stay attached to the turbo. I used a pick and got he dang nipple out, and even drilled it a bit. I have every thing back together, and running, here is the problem that I am having..
1. The AEM wideband is now idling at like 15.5 - 16.5, and sometimes dips lower. The car idles fine, I put the computer on it and every thing checks out. Before the install it idled at like 14.7 - 15.2. Also I have my wideband is installed in rear O2 spot. I know its not the best place, but it has been working..
2. Also the car idles a little higher, sometimes. I have not adjusted any of the idle table in the ECU and they all are setting normal. Target idle is stock.
QUESTIONS:
1. Does the addition of the new hotside make the AFR change?
2. What would make my car idle up a bit, boost leak? or is the hotside doing this.
Any help or comments would be useful..

Why haven't you logged O2's at WOT yet? You are going to have to enrichen the fuel table because both the looser turbine housing and the full 3", larger radius elbow of the EPM flow better. It'll be way leaner at WOT.
You may want to try preloading the WG a bit, otherwise it's going to be spooling up somewhat slower than it did before. Try preloading the WG to at least 19-21 PSI if you are running meth and a relatively high peakboost level.

I run meth, but i have it on a toggle and switch maps. I am going to check my injector scalings today, as I have been haveing some trouble with those, then add some fuel at idle and maybe cruise. I have lean spool disabled, and fuel map up top is deadly rich. I kind of left it that way so that it would not get lean, till I can tune it. Also I set the wastegate to zero then backed it off 8 half turn, 4 full, and put it on there. When I got on it yesterday at wastegate pressure, it held 19 PSI..
