epm o2 dump question?help!

I just installed an epm o2 dump on my ix, fits perfect. However when the car is in idle i noticed that exhaust is coming out of the dump tube and even babying it while driveing is louder.I may be wrong but i thought that dump only allowed exhaust to flow threw it when the wastegate opens? I have an oem gasket?. My question is, is it normal for this this to happen or do i have a leak?

There you go, you need to get a separated gasket like this one: http://www.maperformance.com/maperfo...og-ss-evo.html

so, my answer is then it is not supossed to allow exhaust gases threw it( while idleing or normal driving)- not full boost)

I don't see tho how the hotside would be an issue.

well, i;m not sure the flapper seals properly... when i pushed down on the flapper the amount of air comin out the dump was alot less , but still there...

so i tightned the wg more.. but still yea the amount of air was less, but still leaks... so im guessing flapper in hotside is a little screwy

Just try preloading the WG some more. Shorten the actuator rod by rotating the turnbucle inward a few more turns.
