Clutch Problem?
I have ACT MB7-XTSS, I bought it back in August. The pedal used to have a stiff feel, but now the pedal feels really soft maybe softer than stock. The clutch still grabs, but it feels like there is no resistance. Is there something wrong with the clutch?
Not to bring this back from the grave, but I have the opposite problem with my ACT-HDSS. . . I contacted their customer support, which was helpful, but really boiled it down to take the whole thing apart, check the hydraulic assembly, and you'll be able to figure it out. . .
My pedal used to be normal, and now it's WICKED stiff. . ..master cylinder issues happen to evo's with 65k miles??
This car is never launched/tracked/abused, so I find it odd. . . .wondering if it's a throw-out bearing issue??
Sorry to hijack, but just wondering, since the OP and I are experiencing opposite but similar "clutch pedal pressure" issues. . .

both of you should check your clutch pedal setting
shiv id change master, and if that isnt it, then taking it apart might be solution, because even if it is the TOB, you need take it all apart

crap. . .a new master?? I wouldn't need to take it all apart for a master replacement, right?
TOB - that would suck, because then I might as well send it to Buschur and get it all redone. . . .cryotreated synchros and the NINE!
