You can. Just don't ever plan on going back to pump gas on those 1600's or you'll be pulling more than just your hair out.

What's this BS about needing 2 pumps? The guy didn't ask if he needed more pumps. Besides, WTF does having 2 pumps have anything to do with running E85 on the stock ECU and 1600cc injectors?

Perfect fueling set up to be honest...

The driveability is going to take some work on those big injectors. Not perfect but tolerance level is all about your patience with giving up some and taking some.

I have signatures turned off and maybe you posted this in your sig but what turbo are you planning to run? I think you'll do just fine on 1200's especially on that fuel set-up you already have.

That's a tough one. Question... Do you know your IDC right now as the car sits? I really think you'll do just fine on the 1200's with that set-up. I just know you're going to hate yourself for trying the 1600's on the stock ecu. It's do-able, just a major pain in the ***. Have you considered FIC1450's? Hell you'll do just fine on the PTE1200's (or any 1200 for that matter) because you'll have the upgraded FPR to bump the fuel pressure up to where the injectors are truly rated and be able to get more out of them just doing that.

you will be ok with drive ability as long as you get a good tuner, my 1600cc e85 2 pumps and the car runs and drives very good. I did couple of trips on the car and it runs like stock.

You do not need (or want) 1600cc injectors, especially if you ever intend to use gasoline. The 1450s are plenty, and are faster and easier to tune. You will not generate enough power to exceed the capacity of the 1450s, given the turbo and stock head you are using.

We are currently running E85 on 1600's, Buschur Double Pumper, and Aeromotive FPR on the stock ECU drivability is very good on my car it does take more time and tweaking to get everything right but once you got it, it drives fine no hiccups at all.
