Spark Plugs

How long do Denso IKH24 plugs last?

My car started breaking up last week around 5800-6400rpm..

Its not knock, i checked with evoscan. A/fs around 10.8-11.5..

~20k miles I would say. Pull them and check the gaps/condition of them.

yeah they have about 15-16k on them. im going to pull them tonight and have a look. car only makes around 375whp at low boost.

I believe it's recommended to change plus every 30k miles
