JMfabrications, making turbo dreams come true! Tial V-band manifold

I've always had this crazy idea of having a FP 3065 turbo with a tial V-band exhaust housing. well after working with JMfabrications they made my fascination with this idea come true!

I present to you, the JMfabrications Tial V-band tubular exhaust manifold! mated with a Forced Performance 3065 turbo. I am in absolute awe over this manifold. Pictures just do not do this thing justice!!

I will be installing it tonight and tomorrow afternoon me and a buddy of mine are going to modify the down pipe for the v-band flange. Jmfab does make a down pipe for this manifold btw.

The exhaust housing is a tial .82 A/R v-band housing for gt30r turbos. It fit like a glove.

I will update tomorrow night how things go and how well it performs, I'm going to be running it at our local drag strip this sunday

Just curious why you didn't just go with a full 35r? I've always felt the "3065" or "3082r" was a mis-match of wheels. Manifold looks great, but I'd expect nothing less from JMF.

I've ran the FP 3065 on my talon years ago and loved it, was the best street turbo I ever ran, quick spool and just made crazy power. Went 134mph on the 3065 with the talon about 4 years ago with only 28-30lbs.
Not sure why you think the 3065 was a mis-match of wheels, it's been proven to perform very well time and time again. Sure I love 35r's, but for quick spooling turbo this takes the cake. Plus I had this 3065 for awhile now sitting on my bench waiting to be used

Will do man, I can't wait to hear what it sounds like too. Should be a crazy tone.

In my experience, the full 35r in the FP bolt-on housing (3565) spools exactly the same as the 3065. Plus with the HTA now, a full 35r HTA would outspool a regular 3065 in the same hotsides. I'm well aware of what you've run on it, but this aint a light DSM, and you know you'll want more out of it before you know it.

Either way, looks like a fun setup, and I'm sure you'll push it alot further than most could.

FYI my talon weighed in at 3100lbs when I had the 3065 on it. Evo currently weighs in at 3250lbs with me in it. I've taken some weight out of it already. I'm not so much focused on drag racing this year, going for hill climbs and road racing, so this setup will suit my needs for awhile. I'm not going to go too crazy with this car, it's too fun on the streets and it's my daily driver.

Looks like an awesome setup. The 3065 will make this setup great all round. We only had problems at ~40lb. range when this thing just would not build anymore boost.

Looks very nice. But only if they made it top mount, that would have been best.
