9 turbo on an 8 only hitting 24psi...

Mods are: 3"TBE, Intake, Walboro, Hallman MBC, 9 turbo, (ECUflash tuned/Evoscan)

I tried turning the boost up today past 24psi and it didn't go up.
What are your thoughts?

get some intercooler pipers!! that'll help, and it isn't safe to do 24lbs constant on a IX turbo. throw some larger injectors possibly on there too.

Shim the spring inside the boost controler with some paper or a foam ear plug, strech the spring a little bit, turn down the boost controler to the lowers setting and see what it hits. WATCH THE BOOST GAUGE AND WIDEBAND. Also your car should be tuned at the raised boost and have a Walbro 255hp fuel pump before you try to do this.

i have seen tunes on IXs that spike to 26 psi and taper to 20 @ redline.

24 at spike is normal, but get a fuel pump or u will starve for fuel.

what about injectors? you'll likely running out of fuel with that much boost on stockish.
