GREDDY cam gears out of balance??

i just installed a set of greddy cam gears on the car so that i could get my HKS 280's to give me a little more low end performance.....
my problem is that now the engine vibrates ever so sadlly at lower RPMs and continues to increase and reaches "peak" around 3500-4500 RPMs and this causes the drive shaft to rattle heavily......

now i know that some of you are going to say " you dint set the timing belt or the tensioner belt right" but i checked 4 times to make sure everything was set correctly before i found the problem and again after i found the problem..
so the only thing i can think of is that the cam gears are out of balance and are making the engine vibrate increasing with RPMs until it creates a "harmonic" effect.
I'm hoping someone can help me in any way so that maybe i don't have to put the stock cam gears back on....
has this happened to anyone else?
did i do something wrong?
what did i do wrong?
I'm i going crazy?

Thanks!

Yeah, I would definitely check that. When I put a new head on I had problems with keeping that lined up when you let the tensioner loose.

are all of the allen bolts nice and tight on the cam gears?? Are the bolts that hold the cams gears to the cams nice and tight?? Does the car have a bad vibration at idle, or only higher in the rpms?

I found that the oil pump pulley lines up every 3 turns , not every 5 like it's supposed to....
I'm going to fix that and let you know how it goes

the oil pump pulley can also be 360* off so make sure you check it.

If you can't get a screwdriver into the hole on the front of the block then it's off.
