Exedy twin plate question

Hey guys, I've got about 20,000 on my exedy twin plate, and i started to get locked out of my gears. So, I moved the clutch pedal and it was resolved for the most part, but I had to pretty much pull the pedal all the way out. It's been a few days now,and it's starting to lockout again. Anything else i should do before having to pull the trans out?

Do a 5th gear pull at about 40mph to see if it's slipping. Sounds like it's on its way out.

Time for a clutch rebuild. These clucth's are just over priced IMHO. Yeah they work well for a tiny bit, 30K most and then you need to rebuild. The labor alone will make you cringe. I have been running ACT's for years now on DSM's and now two Evo's, they always work, my HDSS lasted 90K before I sold the Evo, probably still working.

The Exedy Twin just wares out faster, very smooth engagement for sure but that is at the cost of friction material and accelerated ware.
