bov opening all the time

I have aem ems, I was cleaning up some of my vacuum lines and now im having some problems. I had the aem boost sensor on a tee with the bov and then to the intake manifold and then I have the bottom nipple going to the bottom of my hallman mbc, then the side of the hallman hooks up with a tee from the intake manifold to the sensor on the side of the intake manifold. When I give just a little throttle from under the hood, I can see the tial bov open the diafram and leak a lot of air. Any idea's?

Ive never used a Tial but do they have a spring adjustment? I know my RFL BOV on my turbo civic was doing the same thing, just had to adjust the spring.

its the spring. Try a 9psi or 11psi. It depends on what your vacuum is settling at during idle. My 11psi seems to stiff, so i ordered a 9psi to try it out. The 7psi was way to weak and would open at idle...
