I swear I am not trying to talk you down but why are you using this exhaust on your car?, you are absolutely killing the power. That inner diameter pipe on your exhaust muffler tip is like a straw..it is no good.

Did the testing discussed on the previous pages ever take place and were the results posted?

 

Yeah I know this, but local constabulary seem to love doing noise tests on EVOs, I have already been done once with a reading of 105Db without the baffle.

Usually run on the street with baffle in & boost turned down to 20PSI, when on the track baffle comes out, test pipe goes in & boost goes up.
