Fluctuating BOOST

So, the stock ecu controls boost based on an RPM map. It isn't aware of the actual pressure. It just modulates the factory boost control solenoid based on an RPM vs % duty cycle map. Am I correct?

So then you dont really think anything is wrong, and that this problem has always been there I just havent noticed it as much.

But on another note....my dealer didnt say anything about my mods when I had my 5th gear rebuilt
