weird idle during rain

It seems to always happen when its raining, ill be driving and every so often when i push in the clutch to cruise in neutral when slowing down my idle will drop to 200 rpm and jump right back up. this only happens in the rain usually or sometimes when im pulling up a driveway on a upward angle and i give it gas then push in the clutch right after. anyone ever have this problem, ive checked for leaks and found nothing, maybe it is just because I have a cone filter? im still using the stock maf pipe

I get this too at time in my IX, could it have to do with the air density perhaps while its raining?

mine will do the same in the rain, or instead of dropping, it will stay in its cold idle @ approx 1100 ~ 1500 RPMS... This is after the engine is warm etc. Not sure what to think either.

I have the same problem. My idle will just wander from ~900rpm to ~1100rpm and just bounce around at will.

Not relating to rain, I've also noticed my rpm's will jump a little when I push the clutch in coming to a stop bring the car out of gear as I roll.

Really weird.

Is the defroster on when it happens?? If its cycling the ac.. That could cause it. And Cams can do that too.

I noticed yesterday after popping my hood that the fan will go on and shut off A LOT, and it directly corresponds to my weird idle. It obviously makes sense that the idle will jump because of that, buy why will the fan go on and shut off like every 30 seconds? Thermostat issue?

Is the dial set on the defroster?? That would cause the fan to do that. Sounds like the ac is kickin in..

sorry have been on her for awhile, but i replaced back to the stock box to see if that would do anything and still at times the idle will drop to 200 rpm. even if its not raining but its more likely when its raining. and it doesnt matter if the ac is on but its also more prone to doing it when it is on. i cant figure out what it is
