Sorry to burst a bubble on this but IIRC Lemon Law is only for the original owner of a vehicle in where the manufacturer cannot fixed the vehicle after multiple attempts to do so.

Not only that he states that the car already has had a clutch job.

Things that will come up.

1.) Was the work that was previously done on the car done correctly?? We know this to be NO already as he states that the car has a trans fluid leak.
2.) Was the car sold to the current owner with any kind of warranty other than rollover of factory?? Guessing not because he stated that the car's factory warranty was previously voided by mitsu.

Gotta tell you buddy your best bet on this is to try and get the place you bought it from to man up to the repairs or man up and get the car fixed. Just bring it to Buschurs and never look back. These are true performance cars and shouldn't be owned unless you are ok with breaking things

That's true And thanks for the info I guess it's a tough one to swallow when i think about it. But the I know the dealer that bought the car from an auction and then didnt know what they sold me. and.... Well I know that I would get into some wear and tear I just didnt expect this soon. They said I had a factory warrenty but it has been voided due to the past history it had with a previous owner. I checked the carfax etc it all looks clean just not sure how I got into this situation in the first place lol

Why is your warranty "voided"? They can't just void out all of your warranty without explaining to you why. Especially if you have not been modded, the burden is on them to prove how your or the previous owner's neglect caused the malfunction. Glad to see you have gotten a lawyer!

when i took it to just get it sealed they said the clutch and tranny has been opened without mitsu authority and it says on my car that it has been voided. I asked them why they just said it's what it says on the computer and they cant really touch it cause its a dealership.. If i had more wrench time on my hands I think I could tackle this with ease its just im broke right now and out of funding money to do such things.
