TOB problems, CLUTCH, PLEASE PLEASE HELP HELP

Alright so I have done the clutch a few times and no big deal at all, so now I am again trying to do one and no luck at all. I look in there and it almost looks like the TOB is not all once piece but sliding independently. Smaller shaft and larger donut. Any ideas, I mean I have put a 1/2 inch screw driver in there and still nothing at all. tried with the tranny all the way on, hanging a little off, hanging all the way off as far as it can. About to literaly saw the thing off or something of the sor. Please any ideas any??????????????????????

Best thing ever just unbolt the Pressure plate through the side hole and wala, deal with it later out of the car. Worked great. And on my way again.
