need help did boost leak test and leaking from throttle body

hey guys i need a boost leak test bcouse my car has been stalling so when i did it i found out that it was comeing from the throttle body and when i press the part where the throttle cable goes to to open the plate it makeing the leak happen more i called some places they said i just need a new throttle body but on here i found some thread saying to change the tb shaft seals can some 1 explain me how to get to the tb shaft seals thank you guys so much

is it in the throttle body do u have to take the spring off the throttle body to get to it that pic doesnt really show me where it is

Yes, you must disassemble your throttle body in order to replace those seals. There is a step-by-step tutorial in the "how to" section of this forum. I just replaced mine this week and it was very easy. Good luck.

it is very simple though.
You say that like it's a joke but I actually bent one of my o-rings so bad trying to get it into the throttle body that I ruined it. Thankfully I got the one that was leaking in alright though.

the trick to getting the seals in without damage is use a screw driver.... put the screw driver through the seal hole and use the end part of the screw driver to push it in.... anything that gives even weight across the seal will pop it right in without damage. do not hammer on the actual seal itself or you will damage it. then to get it down a tad more use a socket that clears the opening and hammer down lightly until it doesn't go anymore.
