random idle problem
I have had similar issues, mainly after I had my cams installed. Had the idle reset a little higher and still have it occasionally. I really had issues with the AC on. Been using my SAFCII to stabilize my idle only at low throttle, works very well.
I have also been told my greddy BOV is also making the vehicle easy to stall.

Well AC robs the motor of power in order for the system to run. If you are literally stalling when turning on AC at idle then it sounds like your idle needs to be adjusted.
your thread is "Random Idle Problem"..which is what I have..
If you want your question answered personally try giving IvyTune a call and not posting on a community forum...Otherwise I'm going to post where I believe I will get a answer..which I did..

To the OP...if you still have your stock intake tube handy. Go ahead and reinstall that with the cone filter and drive it around like that. If it persists, then it's time to look elsewhere...but I'm pretty sure that'll solve the issue you're having.

yeah i have it...you think thats the problem though? why would it happen to me and not to everyone else wit aftermarket intakes? i was figuring it was maybe a boost leak or something but im really puzzled on what the problem really is
That's what I'm saying..if it persists, that'll cancel out that and help narrow the issue down further. Heck, while you're at it changing the intake..do a boost leak test.

yea id figure to do that too...thanks for the help though i do appreciate any input you have to try and get this problem out of the way...at least its not a big problem and doesnt happen constantly
what is your idle at?
if you VTA(venting to atmosphere its normal) if not i knew few people with same problem with injen intake. What you can do, get flash cable or as someone at local shop to set your rpms at for 1100 idle, see if that helps.

I=also tuned by Ivey
I=also have the random idle 'haunt'
Although it did it stock, also
I attribute it to the 4B11 and it being on if it's 'quirks'
Everyone knows the base maps Mitsu put on the car isn't very good, this is just one of the issues where at idle the load cells bounce around and the car isn't sure what's happening so it starts freaking out. : Shrug :
It doesn't cause any sort of driveability issue, and if I blip the throttle it goes away
I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you're total OCD and just can't take it
