you need to adjust your map/idle for AC/ON.

Everyone knows the base maps Mitsu put on the car isn't very good, this is just one of the issues where at idle the load cells bounce around and the car isn't sure what's happening so it starts freaking out. : Shrug :
It doesn't cause any sort of driveability issue, and if I blip the throttle it goes away
I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you're total OCD and just can't take it
QFE since this post got dumped at bottom of the previous page and will probably be overlooked otherwise.

do you have stock intake? change it and see if that helps, also check your intake make sure everything is connected, and check your vacum lines, maybe you have a small leak between the bov and the intake, check both clamps.

I was offering my findings to aid your situation. No need to be hostile. When I got my car tuned I had major idle issues with AC on and off. Car would always stall with AC on, but intermittently with it off. Besides flashing a new idle value to your rom, you can try to adjust the idle screw on your throttlebody.

I woulnt recommend touching the screw on the TB. the idle problem with AC on can be adjusted thru Ecuflash, same with idle.

Does it actually stall? If so, did it stall at idle too?

Apologies for answering non-OP questions OP, but I answer what I can where I can. Not trying to create drama. IMO I think it is good to have most issues covered in as few threads as possible. It can cut down on the multiple threads for the same issue as well as the "check x thread" comments.

I do see your point though, and apologies for causing any drama.

Had the same issue when i had an injen on my car, I tuned the car and it still acted up, when i swaped it out for stock box, it helped right away. then i tried ARC box, and HKS intake as well. Im led to believe that its a hit or miss with an intake, but i know i could be wrong.

Cool, and I know what you mean. . As tht states, intakes can be tricky toward idle. I know that Buschur stopped selling one of their intake pipes even as it messed with idle (I believe that was the issue, anyway). I am pretty sure he knows how to deal with it via the tune now so he is selling it again.

i know the feeling, my car when coming to a stop light and then to idle, car go pig rich like about 10.0 or around there then run lean to about 15-17 and then stabilize out right around 15.0....have 2 02 sensors lying around that i need to install...any insight on anything else that can possibly cause this problem, car has been tune to 27 psi peak on 91 octane built motor....
