Are our syncros brass? If so then its probably from the syncros.

Is this in the transmission oil or engine oil?

im going to assume you are reffering to the engine oil and not the trans...if thats the case then metal in the oil is usually followed by a rod knock...get you wallet out and prepare for the worse

If it's alot then the bearing Pb layers are gone and your into the middle of the bearing material - very bad. Block is still good, any more driving will just increas cost.

If there's just trace amount's like 50 specs caught in the oil filter there's a chance the main source could be from the gas pump your using. Fuel has brass contamination from all the pumping required to get to your tank. If this is the case try another station, clean fuel pump, injectors, filters, and oil.

hi

Ya its a rod bearing time for a built block to go with my built head it had 70 thousand miles and a lot of it was hard driving 450hp-500hp
