you need to find out what circuits that engine fuse protects, then I would start looking for a short to ground somewhere.

 

yeah so i think i found the problem...i backed out my rear o2 because of the CEL and turns out that the o2 was grounding out because of rubbing and exposed the wire...so far so good i will keep anyone who is interested posted.
