Clutch acted weird

Ok just yesterday I installed the CCI stage 4 clutch with RRE 10.8 lbs flywheel. Everything works fine and no other issues except for what happened today.

Driving back from work I pushed the clutch in and it got stuck in the "pushed in" position. I pulled over and took a look at the master slave cylinder and fork, the fork was pushed all the way out. So I tryed pulling it but no luck. Then I put my foot under the clutch pedal and it popped out. So I figured to go out and take a look at the fork again but the fork and clutch cylinder did not move. I came back in the car and pushed in the clutch and it had the spring tension and began oppperating normally.

I know its working now but If anyone knows what it could have been or had similar issue please chime in. I really dont want to get stuck someplace if its not a just one time occuring thing. Also a friend of mine said that its possilbe that the throwout bearing didnt clip it correctly the first time and now it did?

Oh and I drove home thats how I am typing this. I did some searching and found another topic where someone asked the question "if your stuck how are you typing this"?

I'd bleed the slave cylinder to make sure there's no air in the line.

Well, I never unplugged the slave cylnder line. All I did was unbolt it and move it aside.

I did buy a ss clutch line to replace the stocker and remove the restrictor pill, but I was too tired to put that in yesterday. Maybe sometime this weekend I'll replace the ss line.

Either air in the line or you are not adjusted correctly. Sound like you bottomed out the master cylinder. But regardless, bleed and double check all clearences.

Come to think of it, the clutch is grabbing on the high side. I set it to grab high because the stock clutch and stock flywheel were causing grinding in high rpms shifts.

Cool I'll adjust the pedal. For some reason I didnt think of that. I guess my mind was focused on the thread with the CCI stage 2 having issues with the pressure plate clip. It would have really sucked if I had to take the transmission out again.

Thanks for your replies guys!
