Exedy Twin Help!!!
Just got done putting in my exedy twin hd, everything seemed ok at first pulled the release fork over and engaged the release bearing with the pressure plate and it went together fine. So now ive spent the last 6 to 7 hours putting everything back in, get in the car push on the clutch its very very stiff at first then it happens I hear a pop and the clutch goes to the floor. After looking for the problem for a while I noticed the release fork was back over on the engine side of the car so it had poped out. Now I have to remove everything to see why it happened. Does anybody know what could have went wrong...

After talking with my Wife again about what the clutch felt like before it popped loose. She said the clutch had no play, after only about a inch of clutch pedal travel it stopped going down. Only after forcing it to the floor did it pop loose! So what would cause the pedal to be so tight?
