Exclamation MBC Installed but still low boost

Alright guys, the evo is only pushes 12-13 psi and I have performed numerous 3rd and 4th gear pulls. At first I turned the boost controller all the way down and obtained a reading of 13 psi. Then I kept cranking it little by little and still no luck. Here are some pictures of how I installed it. The factory solenoid and the nipple off of the turbo have been capped. Please give me suggestions!

instead of T-ing off the bov line try and just plug it into the turbo outlet nipple... and you may have to crank it up a lot depending on the ball inside sometime little turns wont do anythiing

So instead of plugging it into the diverter valve, I should plug it into the turbo nipple that I capped? I also have an exhaust leak. Can that be the culprit?

It should have come with it, I was only able to get 17psi out of the light spring and it was turned all the way up

So I should just connect the diverter valve back to the intake-mani hose and connect the line to the turbo nipple?

Not raising the boost just yet. I am building up on supporting mods. I still have the new fuel pump which needs to go in soon.
