Is this HP gain for real?!?

Brainstorm has an exhaust that is the turbo back for 1250$. I says that it get 40hp and 50ft/lb . Is this true? The website has the dyno chart but I am still wondering if it is true.

This is their website: www.turboperformance.net/bsp/

Go to exhaust and then click EVO 8 and then click turbo back.

They're claiming a 40hp-50ft/lbs w/o the cat. The dyno graph is leaving the stock cat in there.

They didn't claim 40hp and 50 lb-ft increases for peak numbers. If you look at the dyno chart, you can see a maximum gain of 40hp between 6200 and 6400 rpm, and a maximum gain of 50 lb-ft at 2900 rpm.
Peak numbers are easy to throw around, but the way the exhaust increases usable area under the curves is what is important.
