If you change/add any lines, I would add an AFPR kit to the mix. The stock lines are good for e85, the rail will be good for 450+ as well.

That is a good idea about used parts. I hate buying anything used, espically after this basket case evo, but a non wearable part like an intercooler is a good idea. What about a used turbo kit or injectors?

You could go with a BBK or FP Red. We will be releasing a turbo here shortly that has brought us 491whp on a EVO 8 setup with BC cams and bolt-ons w/ e85. I'll have more info on this, but either way the power can be had!

+1 on the intercooler from Extreme Turbo Systems, 449 shipped and painted in almost any color you'd like!!! It beats the EBAY IC and it's from a great company!

Well, went up and got my T-case from Sheps this morning.... they said it was perfectally fine and that nothing was wrong with it..... at least now I have a stage 1 T case and if theirs any other problems i'll be able to find out probally pretty quickly after the first drive later this week. Then if everythings in check the real parts get on order!
Also, I got a set of used nitto nt01s in 255/40/17, can I stuff those on my stock rims, I know its not recomended but if the stock wheels are 8.5widths im putting em on.

When I bought mine, it had the Azines 615 series 255/40/17's on stock rims, and on stock hight. No rubbage at all. Also had them on it when I put the Espyler ASD springs on there.
Though even after an aligment, of which my camber I am sure is the cause, they wore out quick.

I would go after a 245/45/17 if you wanted to stay closer to stock, and have a little bit wider of a tire.

Yeah, these were free so I said I'll use em before they get thrown out. Just to confirm that these are infact going on the stock enkies, not the bbs evo mr wheels and fit "ok" because nittos site says it must be an 8.5inch rim minimum for this tire. I also just bought a set of tein s tech springs and hoping theyd still fit with a 2&1inch drop

Evo 8 + FP Red = Cams a must. You will not see alot of the hp/tq the Red is capable of on your stock Evo 8 cams. Will definately choke out the fun with stock cams. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the imput on the cams, would hks 280s be good, I may end up having more money than expected since the T case was so cheap.
