Boost control question.

I am geting ready to do some more mods. I am going to be upgrading to the 4 bar omni plug and play, the GM 3 port solenoid, and was wondering what to do with the WGA? THere is another thread on here about the 22psi one. Question asks, since i am going to be wanting to run 22psi ~ 24 psi on the stock turbo, and I am upgrading the boost control so that the ECU can still handle the boost(not utilizing a MBC) what pound spring should I go with on the WGA? Help me understand how the rate the WGA when they say 17psi, 22 psi., 25 psi, etc.

Also currently I am running the Cobb Stage II tune with Boost pill. I am hoping that with these upgrades, I will not have to run the boost pill any more and that the ECU will be able to monitor and regulate boost better. Any thoughts?

Thanks in avance.

Bump for another question:

So the setup I am looking at utilizing is this:
Stock Turbo
4 Bar Omni Sensor
3 Port Solenoid
17 PSI Waste Gate.
Custom Tune.

I am hoping this would be a great choice for boost controll hovering around 23 ~ 24 on 91/93 pump gas.

Thanks again for your help.

Bump for edit:
Would this setup also be a good choice for one who changes altitude rapidly?

Thanks again.
