Need your help! Please!

Hey I am assembling a 2006 Evo IX right know with front nose damage and I just changed the oil and when i started up the car i had a ton of oil squirting out a hole right next to the oil filter. It looks like there should be a plug or an oil line coming out through there but there was nothing there so I just need someone to tell me what they have connected to that hole. I have attached a photo that kinda shows the location and it is right next to the filter on the engine side.

From factory that whole has an allen style plug in it, people remove it to tap for an oil pressure gauge.

There are 2 large holes for the oil cooler lines. That looks like one of them. Large banjo bolts go there with the lines. If you have no oil cooler, I know Advanced auto parts has plugs that work for it. That was the only place I could find them, and it's an oil drain plug.
