Question Oil & Oil Filter for Evo IV

I'm looking to do an oil change before winter hits and I'm wanting to put in Full Synthetic 5W-30 Oil. I've heard I should use AMSOil I'm just trying to price it out right now and find an oil filter for my car as well, but on there site they don't have a filter for the evo IV.

I have read that the part number for the Evo 4 oil filter is: EAO15K46
But I'm not 100%. On there site they have the eclipse with the 4G63T and I was thinking I could probably just use the same oil filter they give for that one? Correct me if I'm wrong please and thank you so much for the help!

Here is the filter I was talking about.
The part number they give for the specific oil filter for the eclipse is EA15K13

Amsoil is one of THE BEST oils on the market but I cant be like "yeah go ahead and use it". Where I'm from the temperature only gets to the high 60's for winter. I think you would be safe using it regardless because it's a full synthetic. Just make sure to do your regular oil changes because winter will be tougher on the motor for sure, especially during start up.

If you're looking for OEM stuff here is the Part Number for the Evo 4 oil filter : MD356000

It get's to like -30 degrees celsius here. Haha that's why I'm thinking using a thinner oil would probably be better for the winter.
