monday he said he would get it out to me, 2 day air. its saturday and nothing. paypal dispute stands till i get my transmission

TRE sucks..... August 2008 NEVER GOT A RECEIPT i paid him cold cash(stage 3 5-speed build) i met him at a local shop with my transmission he said "o i left it at Kalamazoo but don't worry asap i get back i will mail it to you" (couple months later 5th gear synchro went bad) couple weeks later I called him he cussed me out " I am gonna ****ing mail it to you now" now it has been almost a year and no receipt!!! never do business with him i would go with Shep.
