AMS 4G63 Race Balance Shaft Eliminator Kit

I just bought a used AMS balance shaft Elim kit, and was wondering if you need to do anything to correct the oil pressure?

You need to block the oil passages on the other side by installing new bearings with the oil hole opening 180 degrees off. The machined AMS balance shaft has an internal oil passage and installs on the other side. Check your clearance and bearing condition too.

I did all that. But now that the holes are blocked off, will that make the oil pressure higher?

The pressure at idle and lower RPMs may be fractionally higher, but at high rpm the relief valve will still open and limit the pressure as before.
