why don't you call ETS and just ask them. Tell them about your plans and such. Forums are great, but its hard to weed out good info from bad advice. Just go directly to the source.

I have sent them an email stating my mods and my future mods which will never get close to 350whp! they said go for the 3.5 or even the 4"
I'm still not sure which size is better for my mods. I mean does going bigger provides better cooling which gives more power?

All that was said in their 3in intercooler for sale thread, so I don't know why they would be telling you to go with 3.5 or 4in if you're not gonna be going over 350whp.

There is so much mis-information in this thread, that it's disgusting. You do not need to upgrade your IC or injectors unless you are going with a bigger turbo. If you are running meth, then it is not neccessary at all. There are much better mods to spend you money on at your level of modification. At your stage, the LICP will unlock some power, the UICP, and intake will not. If you plan to upgrade your turbo, then all of it will help at the point of the turbo upgrade.

At least I'm not the only one who has this feeling. I think that 3" in more than enough for my mods.
Thanks all for your replies.

The stocker is known to support up to 400hp, so why are you planning to upgrade. Many of the really fast evos at my I autox with doesn't even have upgraded intercoolers. With that said, a 3" version will be plenty to support your power mods. 3.5 if oyu want to leave some room for improvement, but 4 is overkill for that level of power.
