Thermostat question

Hey guys I've got a question about the Mishimoto Thermostat. It says it's spec that it will activite 20* cooler than the stock one. My question is how will that work in the winter? I live in springfield, mo and at the coldest it gets to around 0* outside....but on average its around 20*-30* in the winter. I just wanting to know if I could still run this same Thermostat in the winter and be fine or should I reinstall the stock one in the winter?

No problem at all, it still gets quite hot in there, and it will open at a safe range -even if the ambient temp is low.
Basically, you are safe w/o changing them out in the winter.
Just make sure your coolant is "thick" enough.

Ok cool! That was the only thing I was worried about changing it out.
