QTP Downpipe Flange hitting driveshaft.

Alright So i have tried every wich way of adjusting the downpipe. The the flange on the cutout itself is hitting the driveshaft. Iv gone threw the forums and had seen that other people had this issue yet i couldn't find how they fixed it.

I might add , That it only happens When i get on it in 1st/2nd gear ( Lots of torque on engine ) So the driveshaft is dipping down. I am on stock mounts.

Would the easyest way around this to be to change out the mounts as it looks like its only hitting by a 1/8 of an inch or so.

Only other thing i can think of is to take a digrinder to the flange and cut it down some but i dont want to worry about leaks.

the cutout should be pointing away from the driveshaft...

i dont get it, if its pointed towards the door how is it hitting. the exhaust should not be that close to the drive shaft. ive have had a cutout in my car before and never has it ever hit or been close to hitting the drive shaft.

are you sure your its hitting your driveshaft? how do you know?

it shouldnt be able to hit there.... make sure all your exhaust hangers are in and check the motor mounts.

thats a alot of flex it seems like, unless its just the angle of the picture
