hey guys im posting a new thread with a video of what is happening (in video the tob is the old one)
ok so my hand is reprsenting the fork when i press the fork towards the driver side to engage it the snap ring pops off this is while installing it... the problem i dont believe is the snap ring i think it has to do with the wedge collar but it looks alright please help me i need to get this project done have others to do...

you're pushing on a pull clutch.

 

pull out on the pressure plate and try again.

 

k thanks for the help...i figured it out not sure if you were suppost to put it on the way i did but i got it to work...what i did was take the snap ring off the tob took the wedge collar off put it on the wedge collar than inserted it into the pressure plate put the tranny back in and engaged the fork and the snap ring didnt fall off hopefully it works out
