installed ex mani, now won't start

So the other day me and my buddy put on my exhaust manifold because my old ones were cracking. Drove my car there, everything was fine. We pull my wires out, replace the 2 wires, use the oem coil packs and replace all 4 spark plugs, gapping them at 25. We had to wiggle the turbo and push it down a little bit to get the manifold on at the right angle. We also tuned my car a little bit with ecu flash, nothing too major. Now when I go to start the car, it just clicks when I turn the key. We were able to jump it when we pushed it down a hill, and I'm not able to jump start it with jumper cables. The battery has enough voltage, all my spark plug wires are connected, IDK what it could be. Any input is appreciated!

Check your starter. Mine car will do this about 15% of the time. I haven't gotten around to fixing it. I'm pretty sure it's the starter. If it's not, it could be ignition related. But if it's was igniton related it's most likely going to atleast crank.

Check the ground for the starter that thing can come off. It's an clip connector by the oil drain line.
