Its not rocket science, friend. Although it would be easy to orient it wrong because the vacuum line needs to point forward instead of up (to get the piston pointed to the correct place), it still has partial throttle surge that borders on ridiculous. At WOT, it is perfect, its mainly partial throttle fourth and fifth gear from 3-4psi of boost. I tried every spring/shim combo, and I've concluded that the Forge DV just absolutely sucks (Do a search, several other members have found the same to be true). I replaced it with an MR BOV which holds 25psi with ease and does not surge at all. I'd love to sell it!
