My wideband was plugged into the position my rear O2 should've been and it reached without issue I had the evodave lightmod ashtray gauge pod holder though. I've since had a bung weded into my DP so my wideband is more accurate. Pushed the O2 harness up through the hole and underneath the carpet on the passenger side.

I took my seat off just to make life easier since I routed the wiring through the hole under it and put all the rest of the wires under the center console.

Do you really have to grind? How good does the grommet fit back on if you grinded away metal??

I am also using the AEM and I hope it fits my steering column gauge pod from the passenger side floor drain.

You don't grind anything...just drill a hole in the grommet and make a slice in it to pass the wire thru it, then just push the grommet back in.

Just get a bung welded on o2 down pipe. And by the way, YOU WILL NEED TO GRIND ON HOLE ON FLOOR BOARD FOR o2 SENSOR TO FIT THROUGH. Just a tiny detail people seem to forget about.

I didn't have to grind anything on the car. I just ran the small end through the whole and cut a tiny hole in the grommet for the small end to go through. Sure you have to pull through more wire but it's better than grinding on your car...

On a side note what are you guys tapping into for power?
